2. Add 2 grams of table salt (measuring spoon included). Add 1 teaspoon of distilled vinegar.
3. Power ON the Eco One and wait 8 minutes.
4. Confirm test strip turns purple. Ready for use! Makes up to 200 ppm of hypochlorous acid (HOCl).

Electrolyzed water is an all-natural, non-toxic, and non-hazardous solution that can be used for disinfecting or degreasing. As a disinfectant, it is a powerful oxidant called hypochlorous acid (HOCl) that is 100 times more powerful than chlorine bleach. As a cleaner and degreaser, it is a powerful reducing agent of potassium hydroxide (KOH) that can effectively dissolve water-insoluble substances. With the Eco One, you can generate both! Using table salt you can generate the hypochlorous acid disinfectant. Using postassium carbonate you can generate the cleaner and degreaser.
1. Eco One Electrolyzed Water System with power adapter compatible with 110V or 220V
2. Included is 100 grams of potassium carbonate (K2CO3) for degreaser additive. For disinfectant additive, buy table salt at your local supermarket.
3. 1 gram measuring spoon
4. A starter sample of chlorine paper test strips for testing concentration of disinfectant (hypochlorous acid – HOCl)
